The first night you use the detox, the next morning you are definitely cleaned out with a little discomfort. But by the second evening when you take the pills the next morning there is no discomfort but it continues to work great. I saw 2 pounds come off the first night. They suggest to use for seven nights two pills per night and plenty of water. I am very satisfied with the results and I love the fact that it helps with better gut health. I definitely will continue using and add it to my wellness routine about every three months.

Been using it for two days now, the first morning was rough my bowels went loose and my tummy hurt. Second morning was better little to no pain, looking forward to see how much weight i can lose while exercising and taking these cleanse.... will post an update at the end of the 15days.

I started with one pill at bedtime as recommended, which was definitely the right choice. The effects are noticeable within 12-24 hours.After a few days of use, I experienced less bloating and felt lighter overall. The natural ingredients seem gentle enough, though there is some mild cramping which is to be expected. Make sure to stay close to home during the first few days as you figure out how your body responds.One important note - this should be taken with plenty of water. The cleanse does seem to help with regularity, but I'm skeptical of any dramatic weight loss claims. While I did feel less bloated, any weight loss appears to be temporary and likely just water weight.The natural ingredients seem well-balanced, but I would caution against using this type of product long-term. It's probably better to focus on a healthy diet for maintaining digestive health rather than relying on cleansing supplements.

This Colon Detox Cleanse does not work well for me. I haven't seen any real results from using it. There are other colon cleansing products out there that work very well and get the job done, but this one just hasn't worked for me. I will continue to finish the bottle and see if there is eventually any results, but I will not reorder this product as it doesn't work for me.
