Ok.It is exactly what it says.However, they do NOT come with any CAPS to close the holes where the bolts go, so they will rust at first rain.There are SEVEN holes each.I will need to fabricate something as rbbber stoppers are $4 each and I have 2 bumps.There are absolutely ZERO ZEROinstructionsinstructions as to how deep the supplied bolts need to go.The Washers that come with the bolts are FLIMSY and barely cover the drilled hole.The drilled bit they supplied ONLY fits those high end hammer drills, so useless.I used a perfect match size and the hole was too large.Stepped down one size and needed to hammer the bolts through the asphalt. Several got destroyed doing this. So now in need to purchase more.They neglect to say all the various tools one needs to do this job.So after what I thought would be a 45 minute time, ninety minutes later they are installed except for the hour it will take me too acquire similar expansion bolts and find or make caps.

Very good product. So hard to find a great product to drive your car over without breaking. I tried wood and that snapped right in half. I don't use these to hide any wires. I'm using these too go over a huge dip/trench between my garage and the ground. I had a 9 inch wide by 6 inch deep trench that I needed to cover so that my car tires won't fall into it when I go in and out of my garage. These are great for that. They work very well without moving or falling into the trench. This item is made very strong. They are heavy which is great for my needs.

I got two of these to install on a concrete driveway. They are perfect for low traffic driveways as speed bumps. it easy to install - cars and trucks slow down - easy to see this speed bump. Durable.
