I've seen my fair share of dish racks where the product photos don’t quite match reality, but this one really impressed me. The metal finish is sleek and stylish, definitely the best I've come across! The design is super practical too—it's expandable, with separate compartments for utensils, hooks for cups, and even a drainage spout that aligns perfectly with the sink, so no messy drips.What really sets this brand apart is their amazing customer service. A couple of weeks ago, I misplaced the knife holder that came with the rack. I reached out to customer service and was connected with Tiffany, who was super helpful and quickly arranged a replacement. No long forms or delays, just fast and friendly service! It’s great to see a company that genuinely stands behind its products and cares about its customers.

I love the features: well built metal supports, not flimsy at all. Keeps my heavy stoneware upright and the prongs are well placed. There is a variety of spaces to suit different dishes or pans. Great drainage spout that extends and swings so I can use it next to my corner sink. The whole thing is very sturdy and attractive.

I expected it to be more heavy weight. But it does the job and it looks nice. I would say it’s overpriced tho.

I bought this dish rack because it claimed to be made of stainless steel and rust-resistant — total lie. Within just a few weeks, rust started forming around the joints and bottom tray. I’ve only used it indoors, nothing out of the ordinary. For something that's supposed to be durable and stainless, this was a huge disappointment. Cheap material disguised as quality. Don’t waste your money unless you enjoy replacing kitchen gear every month.

This rack looks nice, but it needs a few improvements. The actual metal rack just sits barely higher than the plastic base. This allows the dishes to actually go through the rack and rest on the black plastic base to me. This is an issue as I don’t want my dishes, sitting in standing water. The wide racks at the end allow everything to sit on the plastic base thus they’re sitting and standing water. The drain is nice, but unless you elevate the rack, the lip of the sink keeps it from draining freely. They need to raise the racks And raise the legs on the base to allow for more complete drainage.

I like it because it is designed to discharge water directly into the sink so no need for a water collector underneath the drainer.Things I don’t like are: the metal pieces designed to hold dishes on their side to drain are high on one side and low on the other. Dishes do not stand properly on their side low side. There aremetal separators to hold fry pans and covers on their side but not enough to accommodate all cookware used to make a simple three pot/pan meal. Even though the drainer expands to give more draining space there are insufficient metal separators to accommodate more dished.I feel like returning this item but am not sure Amazon will accept a used dish drainer.I was contacted by Tiffany of Sunly customer support. She was able to resolve all my concerns. I highly recommend this company because of her excellent customer service. They really do support their customers and Tiffany was wonderful.

Well-engineered and sleekly designed, this dish drain takes it to the next level. Clever drain sits obscurely beneath the tray, easily extends out over the sink for drainage. Extendable base accomodates larger hand-washed items, then goes back to its original size, as illustrated in the pics.
