Great stick, really comfortable. Really well made.

Lack of Customer Service Response
Loved the cue...until it broke at the ferrule. . I contacted Rhino Billiards as it was less then 3 weeks of having it and have not received any response. I have purchased other Rhino products in the past and this was the first that I had any problems with. I am disappointed in the lack or response to this major issue.

A very loose while screwing in the shaft. RHINO fix this problem send me a new shaft
Has very loose wobble screwing the shaft into the bottom half of cue. There's a video on youtube that was posted showing same problem. The company did fix the problem and sent the guy a new improved shaft with a tighter fit. Other then that it's a beautiful cue. I suggest RHINO , if your reading this send me a new improved shaft with a tighter fit and I'll change your rating to a 5 star.
