I'm thinking I need a higher dosage... it's supposed to last 8hrs but I haven't seen a difference in my BG levels...I'm on my second bottle awaiting my next 2 subscriptions... trying to give it a little more time to see if it's actually going to be affective or not... will update after my 3rd bottle

Seems to be working have lost some inches. Not so much in pounds.

It provides no benefit to the consumer.📌 Silicon dioxide (quartz or silica) is a natural chemical mix of silicon and oxygen that has uses in many food products as an anticaking agent. In a supplement, it is of no benefit to the consumer. When ingested in large amounts, it makes it harder for the body to absorb it.
