Love this! Cooking with nothing else in future. Creates beautiful meals without clock watching. Virtually fat free crisp frying. It steams veg beautifully and makes the best toasties ever. Very impressed

The media could not be loaded. So good so far.First time in use today I m happy with it for a very busy people does the job well and quickly.Fingers crossed 🤞.Haven’t tried the air fryer mode yet but on cooking mode I m very pleased for the first time.I will update if anything changes.

I loved my old actifry. It made great chips. But when I needed to replace it I opted for this as the newer model. I expected it to be, as a minimum, as good as the previous one. It's not. Basic problems include the paddle pushing food in a circle rather than stirring, the air fryer setting only starting stirring after 10 minutes, not being able to adjust the cooking time (which is a problem if you have to wait 10 minutes for stirring to start) and the fact that the catch on the lid has already broken after three months. When your USP is that your air fryer stirs things don't take that functionality and break it.

good size for the family

It is a good multicooker. I had the Ninja Foodie 15in1, and this one cooks way better. The only downside is that no pressure cooking function is available. Everything is nonstick and of good quality. I hope the multicooker is durable and can last many years, we will see. The ninja lasted only 18 months and I was quite disappointed.

I doesn't make chips as should thru come out mushy. and I dint get a steam basket

No pressure cooking option included like other multi cookers. As compared to Ninja and Instant Pot this one is more expensive with less functions.

I was really excited to try out this machine but I was disappointed in some elements of it.It's an impressive looking piece of equipment and I love that it is so versatile and can be used to cook a variety of foods which, on the whole, it does extremely well. So far I have used it to do chips, to bake, roast, dehydrate and as an air fryer when I needed an extra one.It is a good multi functional cooker but I'll some focus on some of the negatives I experienced as that is possibly more useful.Positioning - You wont be able to use this on a standard counter with wall cupboards above as you can't get the lid fully open and nor would you want steam escaping up into your wall cupboards so it does need an open space for use.There was no tool to help remove the tray insert which is required either at the end of cooking or during the cooking process. It gets extremely hot and I have burns above my wrists where I hadn't protected myself enough as it's a deep bowl to have to reach into and I'm only 5ft 2 so I don't have the height to reach into it when it's positioned on a work surface.I've tried various settings on the Tefal and the majority are great - the air fryer setting works just fine but the bowl design means you have to use the paddle and flip chips around a bit half way through. Unfortunately this comes with risks as everytime I opened the lid I would burn my hand and the chips turned to mush when using the paddle.So, It's great for cooking most things but there is room for improvement on the design. Looks very stylish though.
