Tach-It SR550 Stretch Wrap Dispenser

I use this at work everyday and it works great to help me wrap pallets of glass faster and easier than by hand. However the other reviews are correct when they say you’ll need to spray WD-40 or some rust buster because I noticed an increase in friction the second or third day of use so I got around to spraying a rust buster spray on the top and bottom inside where the spinning parts are (WD-40 will work just as well). It worked like a charm. I’ve not had to spray in since and it’s been at least 3 months.

Well made and easily worth $30. I used TotalPack Shrink Wrap: Stretch Film Plastic Wrap 1 Pack - Industrial Strength Hand Stretch Wrap, 15"x 1,500 FT, 80 Gauge Shrink Film / Pallet Wrap - Clear and worked great.

I got this for work. Very sturdy and functional just like you would expect.No cons on this dispenser. The included description as far a dimensions and so on are correct. I can assure you that you would be hard pressed to find anything that worked better than this.

It works fine, but you can see that it will not last a very long time, and will require some repairs eventually.

This dispenser is great! It works easily just like it said it would.

Stretch wrap machine’s can be a problem. If you don’t get a good one it can drive you crazy. We have given up on the other brands. We can buy whatever stretch wrap machine this brand makes and get great results. Don’t waste your time with the other brands on Amazon. All the machines or dispensers that this company makes for stretchwrap dispensers work great. Highly recommended. Have purchased About eight from this company.

Piece of Junk, Wrapped maybe 100 bundles of wood then the grip tensioner handle threads stripped out. should have had steel threads not aluminum. I searched all around and thought this was the one but couldn't even last 1 summer. Don't Purchase. It may be the best looking but looks are not everything.

thinner material, priced according to value. would be fine for light duty use.
