This review is for the Weight Training Sled Fitness Push-Pull Sled Speed Training Sled Heavy Duty Workout Equipment for Dragging Exercises, Speed Improvement and Strength Training.So it's ok for my purposes, but it's smaller/lower sitting than I thought it was going to be... this is good and bad, but it's a heavy duty little buggar! LOL.So I like the design, it's compact and sits low to the ground, again good for low center of gravity. I actually got this as I want to start training my dogs to pull a sled. I have rotties, I've had some before I trained to do it and they really enjoyed it. I used to live out in the country, the kids had a blast being pulled on a sled by the dogs and they used to help me to move stuff around. It's a great way to keep them in shape, and like I said they enjoy doing anything mama praises them for doing a good job with LOL.Made of good thick alloy steel, it's just shy of 15 Lbs & this is a good weight to start them out on, they'll be able to feel it but not enough to stress them when starting out. I can add weight slowly as they get into shape. The shape of the runners is good too and shouldn't damage the grass. This is a nice black color and the small size of it means I can tuck it away on the back enclosed patio when not using it and quick/easy to pull it out for use. This seems very well made and sturdy to me. I need to get straps and harnesses yet, you could use chains or straps and carabiners to hokk onto it.Regular price $62.99 per the listing and there's a 10% off coupon. I found that the sled was way to low , I didn’t realize no harness straps and one inch plates the 2 inch plates like 45s are not very sturdy on this sled. Can’t push or pull in grass, need turf to use.

Nice size for my kids that plays 10u tackle and flag football. This can be pushed on turf surface. In order to do pulling, it will need harness. Overall this sled is sturdy and feels durable. Assembly needed, only took me 10-15 minutes.

This item needs to be at least four times larger than the item I received.

Very low to the ground. Wish it had arm extensions that worked for tall people. But otherwise sturdy product.

This sled is smaller than anticipated, however, I did not fully read the specs - that’s on me. The powder coat quality is great and assembly is simple and easy. The height of the handle is far too short for anyone to comfortably use though. I’ll have to attach a large loop resistance band to have my clients use it without their hands because the handle is somewhere around 12” off the ground.

This item is sturdy and heavy! It is smaller than what I thought but I purchased it to help my 8 and 11 year old train and get stronger. I think its the perfect size for them, and my two year old loves it too!

Things I like:I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this sled, especially at this price point. The construction is solid, with well-done welds, and it took me just about five minutes to assemble on my own. The small size and medium weight make it ideal for a home gym where space is limited, and it doesn’t take up much room when stored.Things I dislike:There are a few things that could be improved. First, the sled doesn’t come with straps, which are essential for pulling exercises. I already had some from another sled, but most buyers will likely need to purchase straps separately. Second, the push bar is very low to the ground. While that fits the sled's compact design, it made push exercises uncomfortable because you’re almost horizontal when pushing. Lastly, the weight post is 1 inch in diameter, while most plates nowadays are 2 inches. Although 2-inch plates fit, they tend to shift during more explosive movements. You can buy adapter sleeves to fix this, but they really should be included with the sled.Value vs. Price:Overall, the quality for the price is excellent—definitely a solid sled that holds up well for pulling exercises. However, the lack of straps and a weight post adapter feels like an oversight, so I’d give it 4 stars. Great value, but expect to make some small extra purchases.
