Bowles's book is titled "The Miraculous Cure for and prevention of all diseases what doctors never learned" do yourself a favor ...get that one...has 1000+ great reviews....Never heard of any Dr Castro being a vitamin d3 researcher..

Redundant!!!
The first chapter is good. The book is disappointing. It repeats itself and only talks about D3, D3, D3 and it's the same information.
