Its ok
It does keep you cool for some time but then after a while it can get a bit warm, which is understandable. Otherwise its ok.nice size for the pillow but not really comfortable just under the case.

Wow amazing
What an amazing thing this is.. If you suffer with night sweats or have a temperature this is brilliant. Pop it into your pillowcase and relax. For someone who has to turn their pillow over then get another pillow when that one is wet. I slept all night no turning the pillow over. So nice and cooling even when i had a headache it helped.

Hmm. As far as I can see the only part of the covering that's actually cotton is the tape binding the sealed edges, and it looks like industrial quality not medical as described.The pad is white not blue as per the listed description, the cover feels synthetic and the filling feels like foam not gel - it's firm not gelatinous.The pad and the manufacturer's carton it came in absolutely stank and I've had to wash the pad before it's anything like usable due to the literally nauseating stench.When the edging tape is dry I'll give it a go to see how it performs in comparison with larger floppier gel pads but so far I'm a disappointed buyer.

Not fit for purpose
I brought this to cool me down during the night, unfortunately this product does not stay cool for very long so doesn't suit the purpose I brought it for. Quality is good.

Cooling gel pillow
I've only used it a couple of times but I am very pleased with its product my only criticism is directions for usage should be included with this package because it is useful for multi-purpose issues
