This may suggest that this fruit could be from a batch with a lower pulp yield, which is not uncommon, as the pulp yield can vary between fruits. Typically, fresh baobab pulp is tangy and high in vitamin C, but in this case, the fruit might be less fleshy than expected.For those used to the richer pulp found in some baobab varieties, this could be disappointing. However, it is important to note that the pulp of baobab fruit is often more concentrated in certain fruits and batches, so it could still be worthwhile for extracting the nutritional benefits or for use in powdered form if dried.For me, I will try another source as I bought an excellent baobab in the past and I can't remember the seller because it wasn't through Amazon.
