Great tool
Prefect for racking cement to same depth when building a wall.Literally just roll it along the gap.very easy to use!

Needs tweaking but worth the money
I would have given 5 stars but the raking pin snapped off after around 2m of line mortar raking and I was going to send it back, I replaced with a snug fitting wood screw so it now screws into place and then locks to doubly secure. This is a lot better than the original brittle pin

Potentially great....but is flawed
A great tool that is well designed overall for the task - but as others have said, it only worked well for a few minutes before the nail worked loose. no amount of tightening with pliers would result in the nail being held. In fairness there is a lot of force placed onto the nail and its holding screw as its forced into brickwork....but that obvious so the manufcaturer needs to upgrade the flawed design. So, I recommend buying this tool, it will work well; but only if you are prepared to fit a thicker screw in place of the nail.

Useful little tool
I used this to rake out old lime mortar on an internal chimney breast prior to pointing, where a power tool would have been too messy. Once I used pliers to tighten the screw holding the raking nail, it worked really well taking the mortar out cleanly and easily without all the dust of abrasive discs.
