This product seems to be giving me more energy and focus in my daily activities. One of the bottles that I ordered did have a couple of the capsules broken open. Will continue to use and will provide a long term review.

This is not my favorite NMN supplement. It offers just 250mg NMN per 2 capsule serving, and tries to make up for this by including some other ingredients like resveratrol, grape seed extract, and pine bark extract. The pine bark extract isn't a real extract, it's just "4:1" which is essentially the same as dried powder.The optimal NMN dose is 300-500mg per day, with many people taking as much as 1000mg per day. So the 250mg in this is inadequate in my opinion.So some of the ingredients in this are essentially filler and won't offer any health benefits.The formulation isn't particularly science based, and I don't really know the rationale for combining vitamin C + grape seed + NMN. The grape seed extract seems like good quality, but there is no reason to combine it with NMN.Overall - it's a decent formulation, but some of the ingredients are low quality like the pine bark extract. You would be better off getting a pure NMN supplement containing 500mg per serving.

This is an amazing product. Very hard to get your hands on these days. Was taking it regularly for a couple of months and then I was unable to continue because it was unavailable. Company had it sent to me as soon as it was back in their supply.
