Great product, not all TIDL ones are good, but this one is great
I use creams and sprays like these a lot. Playing tennis when 64 is a bit heavy on the body, but this one is my favorite. It smells nice (which is a GREAT plus, so the wife does not complain compared to the stinkers out there). Pain relief...well...it masks it, it does not heal. It is very easy to use it, even upside down. And it last long.Great value

Tidal is a great product some stinks some smells good. But it does work for pain for 2 hrs on back / knees shoulders. And hips. If you rub in I put exes on my neck

Camphor is unbearable!!! Garbage.
Camphor & Menthol are the active ingredients. Both are very strong smelling, the camphor is unbearable for me. I could not use it after the 2nd application & can’t address its effectiveness. I disposed of it.

Tingles but very strong smell
This definitely tingles a lot. Major downside is the very strong menthol and some (choking) chemical smell too. When I spray it in my ventilated bathroom my dog can’t come in for a couple hrs because she sneezes so much. I feel it in the air for a while too. Some competitors don’t have this strong of a smell or that other chemical smell in them.
