These worked perfect on a hidden room door. Very heavy duty.

Lowes wanted 10 times the price for a set. I was sceptical when I ordered but after using the first set I will order more.

These work very well for pivoting bookcase (hidden). However, installation is NOT easy and will require trial/error and re-work. Key things to watch: 1) countersink the hinges so plates are fluch in all four places (bottom jam, top jam, bottom bookcase, top bookcase; 2) For an OUTswing door, you have to watch the radius between the pivot point and the corner of the trim. You need to put the hinge pivot point as close to the corner as possible to minimize the amount of gap between the jam and the bookcase (that will eventually need to be covered with trim); 3) if you want a tight fit, you'll need to figure out a way to not fasten all the hinges until everything is in place. This is not easy, and depends on your install. Once complete - it's a nice, sturdy action.

Like the concept but the design is going to allow sag over time in the product.

These are some heavy duty doir hinges. I would hesitate to even use these for indoor hollow doors because they are massive.

This is a great idea, but they put it together wrong. The pedestal that the ball bearing sits on is too short, leaving the ball bearing rattling around inside the frame, not actually supporting the door. The two pieces of metal end up rubbing against each other.
