An good quality informative book, well laid out giving you information not only on the anatomy but also on the benefits of exercising the muscles in that area.The book has clear illustrations on muscle groups and how to exercise the targeted muscles. I have found it to be very useful.

Very useful guide to know well all the muscles that you are working on each exercise, a good guide to help you to develop you own gym routine. I have bought this new updated version, I had the same one long time ago but I gave it to a friend. So, now that I am back to the gym I decided to buy it again, no regrets
