This peeler is very sharp! Makes it easy and fast.

The peeler works very nicely on all vegetables. It does leave tiny serrated lines but I don’t see a problem with that. Blade seems very sharp making peeling a breeze. I do feel it is pricey for a peeler and really does not need to be in such a nice box.

I was excited about this, but not at all satisfied. Pros: It is sharp. Cons: It is so sharp, you have to be extra extra careful how you handle it. Another con is that if your hand is even the slightest bit wet, you will not be able to maintain your grip. I bought this hoping to have a more reliable peeler ... and I probably do, but it wasn't worth the extra money I paid for it.

Jagged teeth on the cutting blade that snags and tears rather than making a clean cut. Returned it today.
