These worked better than spraying starch or ironing on my husband's shirts. They won't survive the washing machine. However, I remove them before washing and reapply them after drying. I don't know how many times I can do this -- perhaps only once before the adhesive wears off but we'll see. I didn't tell him what I was doing and he hasn't notice the collar stays for a month or more so far.

These stick-on collar stays have been really helpful, especially on polos and other shirts with a lightweight material collar that tends to curl. They are easy to apply and so far have stayed put for several washes. I don't know if I will ever go through 80 pieces, but its a good value!

These collar stays are not your typical collar stays that slide inside the shirt collar. Rather, these are stickers that can be placed on the triangular edge of the collar the keep the collar corners straight and stiff. The adhesive is strong enough to stay on my shirt the entire day yet peels off easily without leaving any residue. The PVC material is strong and does not bend. I also like that it is not noticeable as I wear the shirt. I'm happy with this purchase and I'm going to buy another pack when I finish with this box.
