Came with a missing item but it was very easy to resolve the issue and they shipped the missing item the same day!! Amazing product as well, true to size and great quality.

Trampoline of your dreams!
This trampoline is magnificent! The setup took less than 40 minutes, and everything went together so easily using the clear and simple instructions. It’s so much fun to jump on, for kids and adults! We bought the 8ft x 14ft rectangular model and are not disappointed in the least! Like I said, it’s magnificent!

Customer service was extremely helpful
Had an issue with the product , but the customer service was more than accommodating and helpful in coming to a solution. Product was overall nice and kids had fun.

Best value trampoline on the market
Nice trampoline kit. It comes with tools, gloves and jumping socks. Observe assembly drawings closely! Inspect parts closely. I had two damaged parts. It’s like something weighty had been dropped on the box. After insisting on timely parts, I was sent the extra parts in 4 days and some extras. One person can assemble. It will take 2-4hours. I used a winch strap and rubber mallet to help but if you have two people you should be good. I’d buy it again. Solid value!Now in Feb 2025, still glad we got it. Lots of use.

DO NOT BUY.... not for the weight it says!!!!! Unsafe!!! Amazon does not sell it and will not take returns!!! The seller will not refund!!!!! Do not buy this poor quality item! They will ask you to pay 350 to ship it back! I want to close my Amazon account over this product!!!!

GIFT TO GRANDCHILDREN
My grandchildren seem to love it. Always see them jumping on it when we stop buy to visit. I would recommend it. It keeps the kids buys so I think the parents would really recommend.

Assembly not possible as holes not drilled - UPDATE
Update: after I posted my review the seller reached out. After I explained the problem they offered me a partial refund. I’ve updated my review to recognize the great customer service. So far the kids are enjoying the trampoline.This was painful to set up as many of the holes required to bolt the frame together were not drilled / punched. My drill wouldn’t go through the steel so I had to use an angle grinder to cut the pieces. Once I did this it went together ok. Kids have enjoyed it so far.
