These liners smudge and move within the first hour of wearing them. In no way are they comparable to any good eyeliner. Do not buy. Waste of money. I should have known better and am now kicking myself in the butt.

It’s good. It’s goes on smoothly. I wouldn’t say it’s smudge proof. I put it on my upper water line and it got on my lower line immediately, when I went to wipe it off it smeared and was hard to get off. The liner stayed on the rest of the day, but I ended up having it on my lower line all day even though I wiped it off with a q tip. It kept transferring to lower line. So I was stuck with that all day / night and I don’t wear liner on my lower inner line, I don’t like that look makes your eyes look smaller. Outer is ok, I use eyeshadow though not liner. Over all the liner itself is good quality , I have not sharpened it yet bc I just received it but that will be the test for me. Most crayons do not sharpen well. I use liquid most of the time bc of this.
