Great piece of kit for a very reasonable price .Very nice Up grade to an older van .Easy to set up and touch screen works well . Good size screen connection to apple car play wirelessly was easy .Not had any issues at all .

4 stars for customer service. Unfortunately the unit i received kept shutting down android auto despite staying connected to my s22 ultra. After trying several things with no joy, the seller immediately issued a refund. Can't fault the service, just wish the device had worked as it would have been really good

I recently purchased an Apple CarPlay screen, and while it has proven to be a useful addition to my car, there are a few key points that should be noted. The most frustrating issue is the bracket that holds the screen in place. Even after tightening it fully, the screen still shifts slightly during drives, which can be a bit distracting. It doesn’t stay in a fixed position as solidly as I would like.Additionally, the touchscreen itself isn't as responsive as I'd hoped. Sometimes, it takes multiple taps to register a command, which can be inconvenient, especially when you’re trying to use it quickly on the road. Another downside is the intermittent connection to my iPhone. On several occasions, the CarPlay interface has either lagged or disconnected entirely, forcing me to reconnect.That said, for the price, it’s still been a handy tool. It provides easy access to navigation, music, and calls, making driving more convenient overall. Despite the flaws, it offers good value for those looking for a budget-friendly CarPlay option. Just be aware of its limitations before buying.

The media could not be loaded. Brilliant for the money even a dinosaur like me did it out the box working in 10 minutes.

Great item but not compatible with my car as phone quality was so poor

I tried a few of these carplay systems before setting on this one. It works as well as a £70 model I tried and it was just over £30.Wireless android auto works really well. The major downside of all the models I tried, including this, is the audio quality is not top notch if you are wanting excellent music playback.To be fair, I've settled on using it just for the Satnav and Hey Google capabilities with it's internal speaker. It's loud enough and works well with speech. It's great to be able to just say "hey Google, navigate home" for example.I still use my main DAB radio in the car for music. Don't get me wrong, the audio output does work but I found a little interference and I only really wanted it for the sat nav capability.Very pleased with it overall.
