I didn’t expect much because they were very inexpensive but I love these shoes. They are comfortable, very flat with little to no arch, easy to wear and they have a tongue in the middle of them where they tie. I don’t plan to wear these new less expensive shoes with no tongue in the shoe. I find the shoes like that uncomfortable.

I bought these shoes and a grounding mat for my mom for her birthday. She says she loves them and they are very comfortable. She has a lot of foot and knee pain that makes her sensitive to certain shoes. But she loves these shoes and has noticed a huge improvement on her knee pain. I just saw her a few weeks ago and she had to prop her knees on a pillow and said she had to sleep that way at night. The stairs were really painful getting up and down, and she has many stairs in her house. Grounding is really helping her out!

Run a little too big. I have that little extra space at the back that folds.

Nothing at all is not what the description said it did not have any copper at all to do groundingYou lie and I waste my money in a piece of crap of your product

PROS: lightweight, elastic shoestrings you can easily tighten & loosen, breathe pretty well, holes in soles for drainage if wanting to walk on breach. True to size, though a bit loose on me as I have thin feet.CONS: thin foam insert came with at least one defect. Don't think these inserts or soles will last all that long. Foot protection might be considerably less than conventional shoes as they're thin.ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Will have to wear thin socks or no socks so they don't interfere with any grounding. I don't care for no socks, so will look for thin socks. Overall okay, but don't think I'll buy these type of shoes again. Wish I had looked at my local store for other sports shoes.
