Quite effective for normal wart removal. May need multiple applications in weeks for total removal of wart.

I tried this on several places when I got it 2 weeks ago. I tried on 2 of 3 liver spots on my hand, one liver spot on the other hand, and 3 areas of tattoo on my left hand. I used only power 3 as I was testing to see what it was like, although in one spot on a dark piece of tattoo I had it on 10. You can feel it tickling and it feels a little like laser tattoo removal, but not uncomfortable at all. However, I got serious scabs on the 2 liver spots, and they've just dropped off and I'm still waiting for the skin to heal.One small dot that I did on a tattoo did not scab, but has gone brown. 2 further dots which were to erase 2 blue dots in a tattoo also went brown. On a fairly large and particularly dark section of tattoo it did not burn and scab there either, but it has also made no difference to the tattoo at all.I don't know exactly how these things work, but they have not worked on my liver spots or tattoos. All I've got is 2 really sore looking marks on my hand which are still red and flaky after 2 weeks.I decided to throw the thing in the bin. I think it's snake oil and dangerous and it does not work.

Don’t normally bother reviewing items, but as this could stop someone thinking they have to buy something expensive or go to a dermatologist, I am. Don’t let the cheap price put you off. It seems well made and I’ve used it on cherry angiomas and warts. Things to know…1. It does hurt, but not hugely. I can only cope with setting 4 without numbing cream. This might be why I’m needing to make several applications. I’m going to try it with cream and see if higher settings are “one and done.”Great thing about it vs cryotherapy is that it doesn’t sting afterwards or affect skin around it.2. Using it can be tricky at first, but you get used to it. It has to be held at 90 degrees to the skin and getting the right distance can be hard. It probably won’t work if you can’t see the area clearly without twisting. Too far and it won’t work at all, too close and the needle goes in, making cherry angiomas bleed. If you can’t smell burning you’re doing it wrong! :)3. So far none have disappeared but they’re lighter and smaller than they were.

Only given 3 stars as I've only just used it not sure what the results will be I used it on the highest setting on blood spots I didn't find it painful actually it's quite fun

left it charging for the entire day and it still won't turn on also the instructions aren't very helpful. Maybe I got faulty one but it's not worth the money.
