I really enjoy taking these. I’ve been taking them for 4 months, going on my 5th month now, and my nail tech constantly compliments how healthy my nails are. Low quality collagen
Not very effective. I used for three months to really give it a chance. The ingredients look like they would be good but they are not I’ve learned the hard way several times by trying these brands of collagen that offer more then 1&3 that those brands are trash. I will go back to my previous brand vp collagen and won’t be swayed by TikTok videos again. People literally tell you these ingredients with 5 types of collagen are the best and that just isn’t the truth. My skin is not in good skin health as it once was. I would not recommend this product nor any collagen products that have several types of collagen or tone of “extras” in them. Do the research yourself.
