A lovely mat. Thick, comfortable and so much lighter than my previous mats. A great length and width for active exercises such as Pilates, and does not slip.

100% worth the £26 (as of 2024), there are cheaper ones but this looks and feels like good value for the price. Really thick and cushioning for pilates. I have bony hips and this allows me to do side exercises without my hips digging into the floor, and push ups are much easier on the wrists. Game changer for me. I also suffer from a bad back and use this to have a nice lie-down after work in a god neutral spine position. My gf says it's too squishy for her yoga, I guess yoga is different from Pilates in that way. Feels like it's going to last a long time. The text/graphic on the mat is a good indicator for when I'm doing my stretches. Personally I have no issues with grippiness on my laminate floor - it's actually useful to be able to quickly twist it 90 degrees so I can watch the YouTube pilates lady on the telly properly without craning my neck when she changes direction. I really like the fabric edge detail, it just seems like a sensible feature.

This is so nice and comfortable.I got them to do “get up get downs” as a time and space limited activity for stand points during the day at work.Ended up laying on it and chilling for five mins instead.Rolls up easily, lays flat.Especially good if your knees hurt when kneeling down, gives a decent cushion.

This yoga mat is just the job if you have bad knees. Its thickness gives a good degree of support to the knees and the rest of the body. It is stylish but also very fit for purpose. Ultimately for me a good buy.

I’ve had many yoga mats over the years but this one is made to last and is very comfortable as it’s much thicker than the average yoga mat. Having the edges protected will certainly help too. I love Proiron products, you can always trust their quality (I have a few pair of dumbbells and a kettle bell from them).

Spent the last few years buying cheap mats from sports direct etc, wish i had never bothered and actually spent the little bit extra for one of these. Great feel, length and weight. Just perfect tbh

Delighted with this mat for Pilates. Good thickness so comfort on the knees, strong edging and i like the lines on it, helps me get into the correct position.
