Great product, I'll buy again, already bought 2 times. It tastes bad, but I put it in my coffee, only the last very small amount of coffee, make sure it's hot so it can melt off the spoon. Then I drink juice afterwards. I drink it because it's healthy and gives me some energy.

I've been taking this every morning for 3 weeks. I mix 1/16 of a teaspoon (approximately 600mg) with 6oz warm to hot water and stir for about 30 seconds. Once the spoon is clear, I add 2 oz of cold water from my fridge to cool it down.I have noticed an increase in clarity/focus. I have also noticed that I have more stamina when working out. This is the little boost I was looking for to get through my busy days and stay motivated during the cold, dark days of winter. The effects aren't miraculous, but noticeable.The taste is not bad but has an earthy flavor, like the smell in the woods after a lot of rain. I mixed it with my morning coffee at first, but it changed the flavor too much so I switched to just water. It is a small bottle, so I was doubtful that it would last 2 months as advertised, but nearly a month in, I have been surprised.The resin is very thick and sticky, so I didn't like using the measuring sticks (2) that were included with the packaging. Using a small measuring spoon makes it much more accurate and clean. Also, there were no directions or examples to follow (That's why I'm writing this review) so I wasn't sure I was getting the correct amount.I will finish this bottle, wait the recommended 2-3 weeks and buy again.

The product boosted my energy but I wasn't too crazy about the taste. I mixed mines with teas and lemon which neutralize the taste of it . It also boosted my focus and it does help to jumpstart my metabolism before I eat for that day.

I didn't like anything! It tastes horrible, I even tried lowering dose but it didn't help. My friend had the same issues with this product and we had to throw it in the garbage. I totally do not recommend this product!

I like this product, but it is sold with 1.05 oz. in what appears to be a 2 oz. jar. Upon opening, the jar is half full. I would be more satisfied, getting a full jar and paying a little more, than opening a jar that is half full.
