I thought I’d give these a try & glad u did they are really good I’ve got loads of energy & skin looks amazing . I’m going to reorder my third lot now.

I recently ordered this Liposomal Glutathione from HealthEssent, which boasts a superior bioavailability blend of 2000mg with a proprietary antioxidant complex including Hyaluronic Acid, Collagen, and Alpha Lipoic Acid. I was drawn to this product for its strong antioxidant contents and potential benefits for skin health.After using it for some time, I have noticed a significant boost in my energy levels without experiencing any unpleasant aftertaste, making it easy to swallow. However, I do have some concerns about the quality of the product as I have not been able to locate a GMP marking on the packaging.As with any supplement, consistency is key for seeing noticeable effects on skin health. Finished 1 bottle and had ZERO impact on my skin neither was there any detox.I bought a different brand and on day 2, I woke up to glowing skin! I’ve just ordered 6 bottles at once .

The ingredients look great, a good variety of beneficial compounds. However, each softgel weighs 1.43g. So the ingredients plus the liposomal matrix plus the capsule shell must weigh that amount. So each capsule contains 900mg, 650mg of which is claimed to be L-Glutathione. 100mg of phosphatidyl choline, 75mg hyaluronic acid, 50mg collagen peptides, 25mg lipoic acid, 100mg vitamin C. For this to be liposomal, 100mg of PC is not enough to mix all those powders together, so evidently it must rely on vegetable oil which is in the ingredients. I know soft gels are quite heavy when empty, so given how much oil it must contain, I think the likelihood of each cap containing 650mg of GSH is extremely unlikely. Maybe they, like many others, mean 650mg of GSH with something else like the oil. Who knows. For this price, you would be insane to offer 650mg of GSH per cap as well. So I think likely the label is completely wrong.

I have been doing several skincare treatments while taking this supplement, so I am Not sure if it is this one working but my skin does get brighter after 1-2months. I also taking it for my thyroid

These glutathione capsules are little big than normal size of supplements. For me it’s not a problem to swallow as I am fine with the size of capsules. These are soft for the gut and not at all irritating. I was expecting more glow on my skin after using it as it gave me very little glow. Hopefully after continuing it in future it will be help me more for its effectiveness. Price is reasonable.

Chunky capsule shaped torpedo tablets, but easy to take with some fluid and a nice way to get the supplement into your diet. Does it do any good? There is no way for us consumers to know ... but equally it doesn't seem to cause any harm or side effects. And with this being a good long supply and being easy to take - that makes it a good choice for me.
