I appreciate that this is pure shilajit, without any additives, which is in my opinion the most important aspect of shilajit quality. The resin comes in a jar and there's a nice little spoon in the package, just as shown in the photos.The shilajit texture is dense but it dissolves quickly in hot water. The flavour is strong so I personally prefer adding it to herbal tea to soften the taste a bit.Our diets tend to lack in nutrients and shilajit is packed with minerals. I started adding a spoon of shilajit to my tea twice a day and I do feel more energetic throughout the day. Love it!

Save your money load of rubbish...noticed no change at all

Took it for about 2 weeks and didn't really notice much of a difference, perhaps a little more energy but decided to stick with it believeing it would have a cummulative effect. Glad I did as my energy levels are at an all time high, I feel stronger in the gym and sleep much better. Mood has definitely improved and my skin is the best it’s been in years. Cannot recommend highly enough.

SuperSelf Shilajit Resin is a natural food supplement that is designed to enhance energy levels and overall well-being. Although science rarely supports alternative remedies, from personal experience, it has worked well for me with various aliments on many occasions.The product is sourced from the Altai Mountains, and considered by many to be a traditional remedy.The deluxe box packaging contains two pots of resin each with a metal scoop. A measure of the resin is dissolved in warm water (or tea, milk, etc.). Each of the two pots has around 60 servings. I take one scoop per day, in the mornings, with warm water. It has a bitter taste, but this is not a problem.The advertising makes little claims of what the benefits are, but from my own investigations there are reports of increase in energy levels, improved thinking clarity, and slowing of the aging process (I could do with something that reverses my aging process!). Yes it is difficult to open the jar because it arrives cold and resin hardens when it's cold. Simply place the jar in a bowl with hot water for a minute and then open it. I do not tighten the jar back, but store it in plastic container with the spoon. Have it with warm water and some honey.

You need the strength of thor to take off the lid which was stuck solid, it is extremely sticky glue like, not practical to use but after you've managed all the impracticalities this stuff works. Whilst drinking it I got extreme mental clarity, other benefits I will monitor whilst taking it over time.

Best one I’ve tried you can tell this is pure and raw not like the other water downed liquid stuff will be definitely buying from this company from now on this is how raw and shalijit should taste and look great product
