I typically take them in the morning with breakfast. There are presentations with lower Bacopa concentration per capsule but I decided to try these to see if the effect was noticeable, and thankfully it is. I could not find any downside to taking this on the internet. So far, there are no secondary reactions of any type. What else can I say? Just give them a try!

Got this recommended on TikTok from creator Nina Pool who “dupes” expensive stuff for more affordable alternatives. She called this “nature’s adderrall.” It feels like a big claim since I’ve had one of those before during college exams and felt uncomfortably anxious and hyper focused to a disturbing amount. (Maybe bc I don’t have ADHD so it was too much for me.) This didn’t give that effect. It will NOT take effect in one use like Adderall does. Its effects compound over time but within a week or so I felt more focused and motivated. I try to take it every morning. I feel a bit more productive and it’s not an uncomfortable wired feeling at all. Tastes sort of grassy or herby, so swallow it quick.
