Unreliable product/Customer care !!
The product design is great and simple. It also worked well for first 2 weeks. Suddenly the power supply aint work. Then The major issue is customer service and response time. I have been waiting for a response for last 3 days now after sending them an email, phone call and another email since the first was nontraceable from their website. Air purifier isnt a luxury item / people buy this for their health conditions and if the service is such lethargic, hardly it can be recommended to anybody else. One cant take customers for granted ! Very unfortunate !
