Bad product and very bad service
The product was not working since the time it arrived. I contacted Amazon for refund, they said it is initiated and the amount will be returned within 5 business days and it's been 13 days....bad product and bad service as well....so dissatisfied

Not worth it.
The battery back up is very low. 15 mins of running it at low speed and the bettery dies down. Secondly there is no air flow at the back of the neck. The air vent are in the front so most of the air flow is wasted.

Heats up a lot
The fan came with only one working side. Once used, it heats up like anything within 5 minutes. Extremely disappointed. The Amazon team was prompt enough to issue a refund for this.

- Sent wrong colour. I ordered white they sent pink.- No way to return the product.- bad quality material, irritates the sink around the neck- Loud, annoying especially since its close to the earHighly encourage you to NOT BUY this product

Useless product ...cheap chinese product
One side not working also charching socket so delicate if I could have used it it would have broken soon. Batter seems to be cheap too from weight as high capacity batteries are heavy in weight.
