The quality and the durability
The product itself is excellent—smooth, well-designed, and packaged impressively. I was so satisfied with my first order that I purchased a second one for my sister. The first unit came with all three tips and a cap, and the pen felt brand new.However, the second unit I received was clearly used. It arrived without a tip on the pen, no cap, and none of the additional tips. The pen also showed visible signs of wear. I’m returning this second one, as it’s unacceptable to receive what appears to be a used product.I’m hoping this was simply a shipping or packing mistake and not a recurring issue, because when the product is delivered as described, it’s genuinely outstanding.
