I like this product because it contains nothing other than nonfat milk. No anti-caking agents or other additives. It tastes almost like milk and I use it mostly for coffee. Overall a good product.

I love Anthony products, quality is excellent,and price. Easy to use in my coffee as a creamer,protein powder that I make. Cheaper then store bought.Shelf life will last you years if the air is taken out of jars. There's no clumping, texture is powder and the content is well above most.

Non-typical non-fat milk powder
The taste is fine. The texture is not like other powdered milk I've tried; it is finely ground compared to others. I think that's why it clumped up so badly when mixed with water. By the time all the clumps are smashed and stirred out of it, there is quite a head of foam on top.Also, if you are looking for the typical vitamin fortification of other powdered milks, this doesn't have it. The nutrition label says 0% daily vitamin D, and vitamin A is not mentioned anywhere.
