I used to suffer from IBS when I was a teenager, but did not really know what it was back then. I have had to have several courses of antibiotics lately for different things, and guess what, my guts are all over the place once more. Apparently there is such a thing as post-antibiotic IBS. I am happy I found these to order. A big variety of strains for a very good price. I popped a few of these into milk with some inulin and made very nice "yoghurt". Great product
