Accurate pedometer
It counts my steps, and seems to be accurate, and that's all I really want. I had a fitbit, but the battery died after a year. I had smart watches with varying results. All I really wanted was a simple pedometer so I can keep up with my daily steps. So I got this one, and it works. I clip it to my pocket when I get up, and wear it all day. It's small enough that I don't notice it, and I got it in bright pink, so that I can see it if I drop it. It's easy to read the display, and it's inexpensive too.

Not what I expected.
This pedometer is for my wife, to replace a previous make/model which got lost. Not as good as previous model. Should have checked the specs in more detail.Pros: The clip is quite strong, which was a problem with previous model. (And probably why it got lost). Also, the numbers are large and easy to read.Cons: You have to reset the numbers every day. All it does is count steps. The previous model had a calendar and timer that reset at midnight. It would give daily total, cumulative totals, distance covered (based on stride length). If you just want steps, this is fine, just remember to press reset every day. Will try it for a while but will probably repurchase old model (I think brand was Ono).

Works... sometimes
For the first few days, this worked just right. But soon, I noticed it would just stop counting steps while I was actively walking and hadn't stopped. It would just freeze for a couple hundred steps, then resume (but obviously it wouldn't then add on the steps taken when it froze). This problem was annoying, but I figured that's why it was so cheap. But then, I was sitting down during a walk on a hot day. When I stood up to continue walking, I looked at the screen and it was pitch black. I took it into the shade, and it was still black. I shook it in case something got stuck. Still black, but hints of numbers showing at the edges. I ended up having to fully remove the battery (3 times), shake the device, then reinsert the battery to get the screen to clear. Of course, doing this meant I lost my step count for the day, AND there are still black spots coming up once in a while. I'm guessing that if I use it the same way again (walk outside, sit for a bit, walk again) that this problem will happen again. This makes the device functionally useless after just a couple of weeks. Don't buy this thing unless you only use it in cold areas, and don't expect it to actually give you your full step count.
