Q: Is this safe for 5 w30 synthetic oil

Yes. Ive used synthetic for years in my Tacoma and 4Runner. Both take 5w30 oil. As far as I know it compatible with any weight

No engine is running rich or some other reason oil is getting in fuel. Fuel in oil. Change oil do not run engine until cause of fuel getting into oil is fixed. Oil diluted with fuel will not lubricate engine properly. Does oil level read over full?

yes because you add it to the oil, not the gas
