Great value!
While I lust for high-end yanagiba knives, this blade is very good for the money. With good sharpening skills, this knife will perform quite well.

Good blade! The handle is rubbish though
Good blade! The handle is rubbish though; It stains easily and you have to treat it with some kind of sealant else it won't last long. As long as you keep the knife sharp and clean it by hand washing, it should be ok. Don't put it in the dish washer :-)

Super sharp, made in Japan, way sweet! I did stain and wax the handle for durability.
