I sprout in a sprouting jar. Soak for a few hours and wash 2-3 times a day. Very much a curry odour at first but no taste when sprouted. I then put into a container and keep in fridge, washing every day.

It usually takes 3-4 days to sprout. I use a 3 tier sprouting tray system alternating these with other seeds from the same company so I always have some tasty shoots to add to my sandwiches and salads. There is nothing like healthy fresh shoots even in the dark days of winter and it is dead easy to do.

Good product. Mainly used for cooking and medicinal purposes.

I plant these seeds into mature plants, almost have flowers. Used the methi to make paratha today, very flavorful. I soak the seeds over night the sow them directly in the garden with sprouting mix soil. I’d buy it again soon
