My grandfather was a pharmacist and when I was a teen and onto my early 20s I used to have terrible stomach aches. He told me to use sodium bicarbonate and for years I did. Somewhere along the line I stopped taking them, they used to be hard to find at times and I would only use them in pill or capsule form so probably why I stopped using them. When I saw this 2 pack I thought I would try it. They are easy to swallow and seem to be helping with my digestion, a plus as I get stomachaches still, although not as bad as I did back then. These are helping with that issue. So I can recommend product, I could never take the powder type so these are perfect for me. I don’t think the price is too bad either, although of course it could be lower but it is a decent price for the product and convenience as a way to take sodium bicarbonate.
