4 months of owning this.Setup was done in just a few hours. I had extra wood glue on hand to ensure main piece were extra adhered if I needed to move it I wouldn’t worry about stripping any pieces about. It is very sturdy and stylish!We have a 10x10 sitting room that this heats up very well. We use the heater almost every day since we owned it. As much as I thought I’d want to hear sounds coming from it I happy it’s silent as we have a 50” tv above it and we don’t have to worry about crackling noise over s tv show.The fire place insert. I plugged it in first to see if there were any defects and to burn off the new smell of the heater. Very surprisingly enough there was no odor to contend with. I was very happy about that as well the over all quality of the insert made me even more motivated to build the frame.The instructions were as easy enough. Just had to lay out the pieces accordingly, unboxing and organizing is half the job. I’d say 4.5hrs total for me to unbox and put the trash away organized then build. I spent about 30 minutes playing with the fireplace for quality control. Again, no issues found.I wouldn’t hesitate to buy this again. We really do enjoy having it in our sitting room. I wish our gas fireplace was as efficient with the heat output vs this electric heater. This really does take all the chill we always have in the front of the house.

This fireplace is wonderful! It really brings my room together. The mantle is something I've always wanted, and with it being electric I'm able to control of I want the heat on or off, the speed of the flames, and the color. It's a lovely addition to my room. It took a few hours to build it on my own, but it was easy to follow the instructions.

This is well-made. It took my son 3 hours to put together. The instructions were very clear, the holes lined up, all the parts were there. I am enjoying the ambiance with no heat. The fireplace will make red, blue, or orange flames, but I enjoy the realistic orange. It adds coziness to my living room!

We absolutely love our electric fireplace and have it on most of the time for ambiance while we are home. The different colored flames add a nice touch if you prefer something different. When it's chilly, the heat function can easily be turned on to take the chill off and it really provides a lot of heat. The remote control is easy to use and makes it convenient, so you don't have to get off the couch when you need to change it, turn on/off heat, or turn the whole things on/off. There is minimal noise when you have the heat function on, it's the perfect size for our space, and we love it. The functionality is great, as well as being able to store and hide stuff in the top compartment, and putting it together didn't take that long. Maybe an hour, tops. We were able to finally hang stockings from a mantle this year and we have gotten many compliments on it from friends and family.

I spent a long time choosing just the right fireplace. This one exceeded my expectations! The style, quality and value are on point. The flame is beautiful and relaxing. The only downside is that the faux stone accents look very fake. I tiled them and it looks so much better!

I bought this fireplace a few months ago and I absolutely love it. It wasn’t hard to assemble and the instructions were clear and easy to understand. It is just as it’s pictured and looks great. The heater functions well and has been a great addition during this cold winter. I highly recommend it.

Great looking fire place. Very sturdy. Has incredible flame display. Looks absolutely real. Puts out a good significant amount of heat. We love it.

I love this fireplace. It’s exactly what I wanted. Fairly easy to put together. Definitely worth the money. I think it looks fabulous in my living room. The bigger fireplace is what caught eye. If you’re looking to buy a beautiful fireplace I highly recommend this one. It came in two separate boxes and packaged well. The added heat source definitely helps my hvac to keep from running nonstop in freezing temperatures. Super cozy and warm. I love everything about it.
