We’ve had this appliance for about two-three weeks and are loving it so far. I was hesitant to use my limited counter space on another appliance, but this thing has been so convenient - it’s worth it. We use it every day. And it’s nice-looking, so I don’t mind having to look at it.Pros:Large size accommodates a lot.Cooks and reheats quickly.Air fryer function works great.Easy to clean.Dishwasher safe accessories.Aesthetically pleasing.Matches with other appliances from this brand (see coffee pot in last photo.)Cons:A little louder than expected.I would recommend putting a piece of foil or parchment either directly under your food, or on the tray below the rack or basket. It hasn’t been difficult to clean so far, but this helps minimize the mess that you have to wipe out of the oven. If you want something that will look nice in your kitchen, make food crispy, and not break the bank, this is it.

Love it. Big enough for a frozen pizza. Love the knobs instead of digital buttons that letters wear off. I can easily choose which cook method I want. Love the timer shut off. If only regular stoves and ovens had that feature nothing would over cook and burn.

I love the look and quality. I love the simplicity of the controls. Just 3 knobs. I hate digital/electronic controls. My only "beefs": 1) the cord is too short. They say for safety reasons. But Come On ..... make it 18 inches longer ...too much to ask ? And a common complaint with a LOT of products: the FONT on the controls is WAY too small. How is somebody who has bad vision or is visually impaired supposed to use this ? MAKE THE FONTS BIGGER !! And use BLACK Ink, it stands out better on the BLUE Background. End of Rant .........

I had this for about 2 months now so I can fully review it now. When my microwave gave out, I had to decide between replacing it or trying a toaster oven. I’d never owned a toaster oven before, but I wanted to give it a shot. I’ve had this one for a while now and tested all the settings — I’m really pleased with it.The air fryer function is powerful, so I recommend lowering the temperature by about 50 degrees to avoid burning your food — I definitely had a few mishaps in the beginning! I’ve found the baking option to be the most reliable. I use parchment paper and spritz a little water to help keep the food moist. I've toasted bread and it's great.The best thing about this product is that it heats food thoroughly and keeps it warmer longer than a microwave. It’s easy to use, I love the clean, simple design, and it’s also easy to clean. My only complaint is that I spilled some food on the lowest tray early on, and it left a stain that I couldn’t get out.

Nothing fancy except cooking perfectly. Space saver. Clean looking. Good value for the money. Easy to use.

Purchased this for the holidays, and it quickly became our favorite electronic of the year!Size: It’s relatively big for an air fryer but can easily handle a medium-sized pizza.Design: The paint color is beautiful, and the build quality is excellent—it truly shines in the kitchen! However, cleaning the door is a bit challenging, and the window isn’t dual-layered, so it gets hot during cooking.One downside is the power cord, which is very short and heats up while in use.

Works great. No problems so far. Big enough for 12-in pizza. But I just got it.I just wish it was pink! It's dusty peach.Or even mint green.Doesn't quite go with the rest of my kitchen.But it's a good value.So update. What I've learned with a couple of these toaster ovens/air fryers is that you have to keep the temperature down or less timing. They get done faster! The higher ones seem to work better for me.But check that they have a full-sized pan if that's what you're intending to use a lot, like me. This one does.One had a little one that you would have to sit on a rack! Would only hold about two chicken breasts.But don't use a pizza cutter or knife on it! It's scratches. Take it off first.Also I learned too late not to use a steel wool pad. Also scratches. It says put oil on stuck on food. I hope I didn't ruin the finish! But they're scratches from the pizza cutter. These pans aren't real thick.The smaller one I liked in pink a more iron grooved pan. But I just couldn't get the temperature right, without burning everything! Before the cheese was melted or the inside was done.And I'm also realizing the air frying part in these things, even though I was hoping to save counter space. As I don't have a lot.The crumbs fall down to the bottom, and on the door. As people suggest you can use a piece of foil under it. But you also have to wash the basket. And the crumb tray if you don't.I'm thinking it might just have been easier to wash out the separate air fryer! It's got a little round rack. And you have to wash out the inside. Which is why I wanted an all in one.But with these you have to wash the basket out. And watch for those crumbs!But I like the pans for cooking Parmesan and mayonnaise crusted chicken breast, and chicken tenders.But I think I'll just be doing the pizza on the rack! Because it can stick to the pan. Might just be simpler. Plus crispier crust.Just my experience.I like this one, and it's a good price. Just wish it was pink!

There was no styrofoam on top of the oven and that’s where the dent is! There was however styrofoam on the bottom. The package looked like it had gone through a tornado. I’m guessing this was a returned item and I did not order a used item.
