Worked well polishing rough cut granite countertops
I purchased a complete granite counter from a second-hand kitchen and ended up cutting it up extensively to fit my kitchen. With this kit I was able to easily polish all my cuts so that the finished results were almost perfect. The reason I say almost was because I was not quite able to get them to shine like the original surfaces, but I think there's another step that I need to do with some kind of polishing compound or chemical spray. Otherwise I just started with the lowest grit and moved through all the grits, polishing the sections of granite for about 2 minutes on each pad. I used a hose with a light spray to keep the granite wet. A couple times I just sprayed it a little with a hand sprayer between pads. It's almost a brainless task. This kit worked great and it seems durable - no change in apparent quality by the end of the project. I recommend this kit. Your only decision would be the size. I purchased 3 inch and I found that the smaller pads are easier to control. I had almost exclusively counter edges so I did not have a need for a large surface. I larger pad may be needed if you're doing a larger surface.

Works great!
This worked great to level a small crack in our granite countertops. Having several levels of abrasion leveled and polished it to a perfect shine.

Worth to try
It works for my stone tiles. I used 50 up to 800, and seal it with marble sealant, the finish looks pretty good.

Made a rock shine
I purchased these because we found a round rock that has a flat side where it was fractures leaving a n impressive display of different colors. It was pretty jagged and very uneven but mostly flat. I used a 36 grit disk sander to smooth it then started with these small polishing pads. A step at a time starting with about 220 and working down to the 1500 so far. Lots of water for cleaning and cooling the pads along with lots of patience and you will get great results. A nice shiny surface but I plan on working all the way to the 3000 grit which should make it look like glass.

Decent
I mean look the bottom line is this. They’re cheap product from overseas. Their decent if you need them for something little, but I definitely wouldn’t use them for anything high-quality.

Great for polishing agates
The media could not be loaded. Polished my moss agate with a very nice shine! Not sure how the durability is since I only used twice. Good for the money!

Worked well on a granite edge
I had to polish the edge of a bathroom granite backsplash. This worked well by wet polishing using some water from a wet paper towel. My kit was missing the arbor, so watch out for that. Instead of returning I was able to use an old bolt with the head cut off. Hopefully my issue was just a rare packaging mistake. The backing pad and discs are nice.
