I have purchased my share of travel pillows. One of the biggest drawbacks has been the size of the pillow. So it is hard to pack them. I love this pillow because it is small but very functional. Very comfortable! Used this on a 9 hour flight with another "candy cane inflatable pillow". Did not attach it to seat back but I still loved it! Worked perfectly in conjunction with the candy cane inflatable.

I did love this item, I went to Paris and 9 hours flight went so cool, no worry about bothering the passenger next to me. We'll resting, also I put it on my chin and neck, it didn't hurts or bothered. Awesome.

Best sleep ever flying from states to Greece.Do yourself a favor and buy one. You won't regret it.

Surprisingly comfortable. Takes a little bit of getting used to but really provides support and allows to sleep without neck pain. Tried it is two different airlines, fits on headrest very well
