At first I thought it wasn’t working. It doesn’t come with a plug but I used my own and the plug was faulty so I thought the item was faulty. So definitely make sure you have a decent plug! Otherwise great piece of kit. Looks expensive too. Really good speaker as well. Can’t fault it for the price either ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The speaker is absolutely brilliant. Portable, easy to hook up to home WiFi and good quality. Most importantly, the sound is amazing. Well worth the price.

Please can you send a new one under one year guarantee as my speaker has stopped working which is upsetting as the quality and sound was very good. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Lovely sound etc but the ‘magnet’ won’t hold my iPhone?

I use with mag case and pixel 7a. Holds the phone fine, night light is very useful and wireless charger works fine. BT speaker quality is fine for price, you would not call it bassy though. This was a good purchase

Where does this little metal part go on the charger?Is this right. My phone doesn’t seem to be sticking
