I waited a few months to use these when I finally went to use these on my daughter for her headaches the adhesion doesn’t even stick they all came off and everything is trash and dried. Due to the fact that I waited more than two months I can’t even return these not worth your money save it don’t buy these.

As a person who deals with chronic illness, migraines often plague me. Along with my prescription medication these work quite well and last for about three days relief. Easy to apply and use. A lot comes in the package and they’re a good value. Shipping came quickly. These stay in my purse for bad days.

The adhesive gave me a burning, red, itchy irritation on the exact spots that it had contact with skin each time. Threw them out

The acupuncture ear seeds have good adhesive and stick well to my ears. They are lightweight, so I don't know they're there until I feel it. As far as helping with pain, I didn't notice a huge difference.

The seeds are a little fiddly to apply due to I can't see out the side of my head to put them on my ear, but once I got them in place they stayed for over a week of showers. They are not very visible, and it is so convenient to press them whenever they are needed. Very effective for pain relief and so affordable compared to acupuncture visits.

I heard about ear seeds from my acupuncturist (who is amazing & cured me of chronic sinusitis after 3 years of being constantly sick). I looked at the kits that only cater to one issue (depression, anxiety, weight loss) but quickly realized there are many sites that show detailed pictures and that the kit was incredibly overpriced. So I bought these & I'm happy with them. They are a bit tricky to get off the plastic, but if you bend the plastic, it is easier. I did not find that this messed with the adhesive. They were fairly easy to apply myself, and while I felt warmth/activation the first night (which is normal in acupuncture), I forgot they were there. They stayed on through showering & swimming, and finally I took them off on the 6th day. At 600 these will last forever!

Adhesive quality didn’t last long a full year, I don’t know exactly when it stopped because I hadn’t needed them in a while. The first brand that I had I used all of them over a period of years, but they are no longer available.
