EDIT TO ORIGINAL REVIEW AT THE END... AMAZING BRACE! The only downside is I measured my leg and knee according to their size chart I measured a small. I had to return it and end up getting an extra large. I have a grade three meniscus tear for months before I could get surgery. I had tried many different braces with different levels of stability. Some of them worked for a while, but ultimately really didn't keep my knee stable. **** Edited**** The brace itself was still in almost perfect condition, except the velcro straps wore out within a few months. They wouldnt stay strapped. I have tried several braces before i found this one. This brace while wearing it truly was the best brace that I have. It was designed specifically for a meniscus tear it helped keep my knee stable while working and i have a very physicall demanding job as a server and bartender i walk many miles in a day. It helped keep me from damaging it any further while waiting on surgery. It is definitely worth the price if I ever need another knee brace in the future this will be the one I'm buying! *** After 3 months my velcro starts started to give out and not stick anymore. I emailed the maker of the brace. They emailed me back with in a day, they offered to replace the whole brace. I just needed my original Amazon number. There customer service is pretty great, and they were so fast! This brand will be what I continue to use from now on!! I recommend it to everyone!

Just wanna State excellent customer service and support for a broken knee brace. Quick effortless response and shipping out a new one to me. I’ll keep doing business with them and it’s an excellent brace as well

I purchased the ACE-34 X-L and used it once. I was at the upper limit of the Large size, so I sized up to an X-Large. Wore it around the house for 4 hours to try it out. Mostly sitting at a desk working. Seemed fine until I noticed swelling through the kneecap opening. Removed the brace to find a penny-sized open wound on the inner side of my leg. Where the hinge was. Contacted customer service by email. NEENCA doesn't have a phone #?Update: I received an email response from NEENCA, which recommended trying the larger size (XX-L). I agreed, but doubt it will work for 2 reasons: 1) I think the email was generated by a bot, because it said the customer service dept was on vacation then made a generic offer to replace the brace with the larger size; 2) I inspected the hinge on the knee brace - the hinge screws protrude on the side facing the leg not the outer side, so its not surprising that it opened a hole in my leg. If I go ahead with the larger brace, I'll try it with an ACE bandage in between and the brace wrap not too tight. This is my first knee brace so I'm trying to keep an open mind, but the hinge screws seem a bad design. I agreed with the bot to try the larger size, but I'm leaning towards just getting a refund. If there is a person at NEENCA, please call me.Update 2: NEENCA customer service followed up by email. I received the larger size replacement, but decided to get a refund instead. They didn't question it, and issued the refund that day.

It’s a decent brace. It doesn’t fully open so you have to slide it up your leg which post op doesn’t exactly work.

Tore my MCL and this brace gave excellent lateral support. The brace fit well and did not slide much at all.

It’s a high CP knee pad. Although it takes time to adapt to it, I feel it’s really supportive!
