Mometrix test preparation study guides have done it again. This book is a must-have if you are preparing for the IELTS tests.This guide covers General Training and Academic guides. And, as always, helpful step-by-step video tutorials are available for extra prep.One of the best aspects of this guide are the “Secret Keys.” They are specialized study and test helpers.As always, there is a full-length practice test.IELTS stands for the International English Language Testing System – an English Language proficiency test. This study guide is absolutely thin. It includes some links to extra practice on their website but some sections have 0 additional guidance beyond what is in the book. Most of the tips are general test prep and very little if anything is geared towards the IELTS itself. It doesn’t even have the scoring rubrics for the test itself which is generally available.

Got this for my daughter in Law who is studying for her master's in education. She found the techniques in this Prep book interesting and gave her insight into what she would need to teach internationally. She was impressed by the links to the audio samples, she was able to listen while she did other things. She found the guide helpful in setting up a study routine.
