Works Really Well
Used this product to connect to Schneider Electric meters (Serial) and convert to MODBUS/IP.There's a sticker on the back of the device with an IP address. you have to log in and then you can set BAUD rates and re-address the IP port etc. super simple to use and easy to configure.

The URL to download software didn't work, the device is probably ok but without software can't even test it! Ended up buying a USB to serial converter until I have time to research how to make this work.
