I purchased four geysers from Candes Company, and unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The geyser I received turned out to be non-functional, failing to heat water as advertised.What's even more disappointing is the complete lack of response and service from the company. Despite multiple complaints and reminders, there has been no effort on their part to resolve the issue. As a customer who has invested in multiple products, this level of negligence is both frustrating and infuriating.I strongly advise potential buyers to think twice before choosing Candes products. The lack of quality control and, more importantly, the disregard for customer concerns is a red flag. It's disheartening to feel taken advantage of as a consumer.In summary, I regret my decision to purchase from Candes Company, and I feel compelled to share this experience to alert others. Producet is very Nice but Amezon Service third Class and Even the carrier partner gives absolutely bad delivery 2-3 days late from the given date
