The item is great my cat loves it. But the delivery person was useless, didn’t ring the bell, when I went to lock up for the night it was on the doorstep in full view of the road.

It works and my cat loves it
Unfortunately my cat is crazy about it. I'm happy, because it really works; we finally forgot about our cat's diarrhea problems. Because of ridiculous price, we are just adding it to normal cat food now. But I have to admit, it really does the job.

Best of GI cat products
After a series of blood tests, our cat was recently diagnosed with digestive issues and we were advised to try her on gastrointestinal products. The vet initially suggested two other brands, neither of which our cat would entertain. We were getting pretty concerned at this point as this diet was to be her only source of food, given her inability to tolerate all other, non gastrointestinal food. Then we found this product which she loves. She manages to keep it down and is now maintaining a healthy weight. I would definitely recommend trying this brand/product first - if on a GI diet.

Change in recipe
My cat (10) has been on this for years alongside the dry version but the last order of wet food looks distinctly different than usual. After reading a review on here by someone who thought the food had been packaged wrongly, I gave Royal Canin a call and it seems they have had to change the recipe on the Moderate Calorie version (reducing the sugar content I think) and it’s changed the appearance and I guess the taste. My cat has begrudgingly eaten it after a bit of cajoling, but as it’s the only thing that suits his very delicate tum he’s just going to have to get used to it! Hope this helps. I would definitely do a bit of homework before trying other variations as I can only imagine they’ve changed recipes for other types too.

Gastro cat food
My cat is 13 and has a very delicate stomach. Everything in the shops made her vomit every day. This food sorted that immediately and she loves it. It's ok for the other cats too.

Works but looks awful
Got this for my elderly cat who was poorly with repeated vomiting and diarrhoea. It helped massively and worked almost immediately. My cat initially loved it but after about a week now refuses to eat it. I can’t blame her, it smells revolting and looks awful, Grey and slimy. I’ll keep trying with it because it’s the only veterinary food that seems to work for her

Cat with IBD
My elderly cat was struggling to keep food down, this food has made such a difference. I think it will mean we have her for a few more years so well worth the price tag.
